Since its inception in 2005, Green Tree Community Health Foundation has not only contributed to the awareness of our community of our own health vulnerabilities, but has also invested more than $5 million into the non-profit infrastructure of agencies that provide the safety net for our children, for our frail and isolated elderly, and for the hungry.
